Take a brief quiet moment to get our attention focused and ready for the day.

A great mini break before our busy day that will help to feel more present and focused.

The session will consist in a brief meditation and some Pranayamas (practice of breath regulation) followed by some easy stretching to wake up. You can come dressed in your normal clothes and it will be in the same room as the Opening session.

This session will introduce Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in a business events context; how it is linked to climate action, legacy, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
