Scottish singer and songwriter Brian Allan entertained audiences all over the world for 3 decades before creating Rock Your Business in 2017. Combining a natural talent for engaging people he created a dynamic format that made conference attendees actually feel like rockstars as he turned unsuspecting audiences into an all-singing, all-dancing choir, within 30-90 mins. To date Rock Your Business have made successful workshops for 150 multinational companies and International Conferences in 18 countries

As a recording artist, Brian Allan got over 35 of his own compositions on the radio. As a producer he successfully managed and created a global star in US superstar Skylar Grey. As a songwriter he has worked with Paul Stanley (KISS), Rob Hoffmann (Christina Aguilera/Michael Jackson), Jim Beanz (Katy Perry/Justin Timberlake/Timbaland) and many more...

As a humanitarian, March 2022, Brian initiated a project called Rock For Ukraine where he used his choir building workshops to help Ukrainian refugee children fleeing the war in Ukraine. To date Brian has done workshops for over 12,000 children all over Poland

As a Keynote/Power Speech Speaker, Brian headlined MPI’s WEC San Francisco and ICCA Krakow in 2022 and will be the official Inspirational Speaker at IMEX Frankfurt 2023
