Dr. Bruna Maccarrone is a Psychologist and Psychotherapist, expert in psychotraumatology and EMDR treatment, EMDR Supervisor and Facilitator, she is also Secretary of the Board of the EMDR Italia Association. She is currently Chair of the EMDR Europe Association Conference Committee of which she has been a member since 2013.

Since 1994 she has been working as a Psychotherapist, currently at her EMDR Psychotherapy Center in Rome. She has taken part in many humanitarian interventions, both training and psychotherapy in the field of emergencies in Italy and abroad.
